Our Adult Career Pathways system will provide you with the resources to complete an adult education program fully prepared to enter a post-secondary institution. The system is designed to address and remove barriers to participation and success by including:
- An intensive prep stage designed to prepare participants for job entry and technical center or college study
- Industry-focused curriculum that prepares participants for employment and career advancement in designated industries
- A multi-step career ladder that begins with basic job-entry skills and concludes with advanced technical skills
- Partnerships with community agencies that can provide the resources necessary for participants to overcome issues that might impede program completion or employment
- Personal and academic support services essential to student success
