The iCon program combines youth mentoring, leadership development, employability skills training, entrepreneurial training, life skills training,  and project based learning into a comprehensive after school program. The two Program Facilitators, Amy Cadigan and Leola Washington coordinate all aspects of the program, maintain case files and support student success by providing a year-round continuum of learning and developmental activities.  The iCon program is located at the following high schools:  Blanche Ely, Boyd Anderson, Deerfield Beach, Dillard, Hallandale, McArthur, Plantation and Stranahan.
